Service Agreement

By requesting service from ChantaFix LLC, you agree to these terms. We provide residential appliance repair and handyman services in the South Florida area.

Service Availability

Same-day service is offered when our schedule and technician availability permit. ChantaFix LLC makes commercially reasonable efforts to respond within 24 hours but does not guarantee same-day appointments. Schedule confirmation occurs at booking.

Diagnostic Fee

A $99 diagnostic fee is charged for each residential on-site visit; commercial properties are $125 per visit. This fee covers the technician’s travel, inspection, and on-site diagnosis. If you approve the repair the same visit, the diagnostic fee is applied 100% toward the total repair cost.

If you decline the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. Parts and labor are quoted separately and shown to you in writing before any repair work begins.

Repair Estimates

After diagnosis, our technician will provide a written repair estimate before any work begins. You are under no obligation to approve the repair. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen complications are discovered during repair — you will be notified and asked for approval before we proceed.

Limited 90-Day Workmanship Warranty (Magnuson-Moss Disclosure)

ChantaFix LLC warrants the labor performed for 90 days from completion of the repair. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, ChantaFix LLC will re-perform the labor at no additional charge. Replacement parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties; we will assist you in initiating a manufacturer warranty claim where applicable.

This warranty is exclusive and is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification after repair
• Pre-existing conditions not related to the original repair
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• Issues caused by power surges, floods, or other external events
• Failures of components that were not part of the original repair

To make a warranty claim, email chantafixllc@gmail.com or call (786) 979-3323 within the warranty period and describe the recurring issue. We will schedule a return visit.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment window without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled window, or no-shows at the scheduled window, may incur a $25 cancellation fee charged to the payment method on file or invoiced separately. Repeated no-shows may result in a pre-payment requirement for future service calls.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. Checks are not accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChantaFix LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with services provided shall not exceed the amount the customer actually paid for that specific service. ChantaFix LLC is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage from pre-existing conditions, lost income, or business interruption.

Brand Names & Independent Service

All brand names, logos and trademarks referenced on this website are property of their respective owners. ChantaFix LLC is an independent appliance repair company and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer.

The content on chantafix.com is for informational purposes. While we strive to keep pricing and service information current, all quotes are subject to on-site inspection. Published price ranges are estimates and may vary based on the specific make, model, and condition of your appliance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property ofChantaFix LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law & Venue

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
